Marjan park Split

This morning my sister, our friend and me left for our yearly autumn trip! Previously we went to Milan and Valencia and now we are in Split, Croatia! We’ve never been here (or in the country) at all, but after one day we are already so impressed! Everything is beautiful and worth taking a picture of. The weather is really nice still; around 20 to 22 degrees. Sometimes it’s a bit windy but overall we are very lucky and happy! Tomorrow we’re gonna take a boat to some islands and Trogir, another beautiful city right at the see. Today we arrived pretty early, went to the apartment we rented (soooo nice, will tell you later!) and went into the city for some lunch. After that we walked up a s**t load of stairs into the Marjan park. Sounds like I’m complaining now but it actually was pretty nice to get kind of a little work out in (hello booty!) and in the end the view was very much worth it!

Social Nomads influencer workshop

So last week I attended the ‘Create Content like an Influencer’ workshop by Social Nomads. Social Nomads is a company set up by Lynn form @whoisthatblonde, a former model and now influencer who earns her money through social media. It’s not my goal or anything to become an ‘influencer’, although it would be nice since I already really like creating nice pics for my instagram (and blog). I invited Britt with me, a girl I met through a very close facebook group. We never met before, but I really liked her instagram and thought she would like to join me and she did :). The workshop consisted of information and tips on how to grow your engagement by creating a nice feed, good photos and being active. Although I already knew quite a lot and I have my own way of editing my photos, the workshop was very helpfull. We also got the time to take some photos and who ever had the ‘best’ picture and used the tips to take the picture, won a lunch and photo session with Lynn herself. Unfortunately I didn’t win, but she did post my picture in her instagram stories. Thank Lynn (and Mailili) for the nice and educational afternoon!

Pre-loved Gucci loafers

I’ve been following Noor aka Queen Of Jet Lags for quite some time already. I really like her style and she’s an inspiration to me since her style is more feminine and classy than mine so I like to take a look at her Instagram to challenge myself every once and a while to wear something that’s out of the box for me. When I saw she was selling some stuff via Designer Vintage I had to see if there was something I would like. And of course I found something! Just a few days before I bought these I decided I wanted a pair, but new they cost almost 600 euros. Of course these were worn quite a lot but still in pretty good condition and only a fraction of the normal price! I’m really happy with them; they are such classics and they are very comfy too. Do you own a pair of loafers? Where did you get them? Let me know!

Colors and gold glitter

How do you like my look for last Saturdays clubnight? It took me a while to get my face and hair to look like this but it was worth it! I took some fake orange hair and braided it into a tight braid. Makeup wise I pretty much always do it like this. Sometimes I switch eyeshadow colors, highlighter and lip colors, but most of the time it’s something gold/brown/neutral toned like this. The super pretty face jewels are from my new fav online glitter shop Get Glitter Baby and the catsuit is by Jaded London 😊

Headvillage

Okay that title was obviously a joke. It’s the literal translation for the city I was yesterday, Hoofddorp. I come there quite a lot since it’s only 20 mins away by car, there are nice lunch places and the shops are good as well. My friend Sophie asked to have a coffee so 45 mins later we were having one (and something to eat of course) at Barista. The first pic is not taken there tho. It was at Happy Tosti. I just thought it was a cute spot haha.

Studio 13

Today I had a video shoot at beautiful Studio 13 in Amsterdam with amazing videographer Frank van Rooijen. He contacted me after he found me on Instagram. He’s working on a personal project and after seeing some of his work I decided to work with him. The shots turned out reeeaaally nice but I’m gonna have to wait a little more for the video to be done since there will be around 11 others in the video. All with the same idea but done in their own way. Can’t wait to see the results!

Blues in Amsterdam

Was in the center of Amsterdam and really liked my outfit I quite randomly put together so here it is.

FILA GIRLS

And we’re not even sponsored by FILA 😂. We wanted to do join the #lovemore movement with this last pic and I think it turned out really quite. Couldn’t pull off the exact pose since we’re equally as tall haha. But this will do.

We both got the Disruptor 2 sneakers a while ago (comfiest shoes of all time) and got the socks and sweaters (on sale!) at Perry Sport.

Twirl twirl

Today it’s Sophie’s birthday! We met through a Facebook group and together with Kyara we’ve been having so much fun ever since! Sophie is a fulltime (family)portrait, wedding and newborn photographer who seriously makes amazing stuff! We went to beach club Far Out, had lunch and smoothies. Talked and talked and enjoyed the sun and talked some more. Soof, happy birthday! Wish you another amazing year and all the best!💖

Just here to show you my outfit, tell you how much I love the sun and show my fat baby Floor again😻
