Serious vs smiley face. Which do you like better? I’ve come to like my smile more, I used to really not like it tbh. I think I’ve come to a point that I’m accepting myself more and more, loving the way I am, loving how my mom and dad created me and how I am a mixture of them both.

Well that suddenly got a little sentimental. Anyways these pics were taking during another clubnight at Villa Thalia in Rotterdam, my second home for the past 4 years. I’m still enjoying everytime I get to work there. I’ve had some problems with  my motivation during the years I’ve been working there and I’m really thankful for the fact that they still believe in me!

Aerial loop – new act!

New act whazzuuup?! We wanted some extra flying moments in the dinnershow in Villa Thalia so Anuschka Bozo, our choreographer, created an amazing aerial loop act for me! I loooove to perform this one! It feels so good. The act is so strong and neat, with a lot of quick spinning involved. Oh I can’t get over it. I want to keep doing this for the rest of my life. Yes please?!

Hooping for Memories & Dreams / Liliane Fonds

This week I’m performing 3 acts in 4 shows/days for Memories & Dreams! Together with Liliane Fonds they organized this concert with a lot of different artists and even a complete orchestra to raise money for this amazing cause. Every kid has the right to be a kid, to learn and to be loved. It has been amazing to be a part of this massive show they created, to see all the people they brought together and to see how many people are loving to see it! Thanks so much for this opportunity, shows like these are the ones that make my job so much fun and satisfying!

Flying high

Wow what a show we had last week in Ziggo Dome Amsterdam! On September 19th the Liberty Global Tech Summit 2018 was held there and me, Sanne, Paula and Annika had the honor to perform an aerial hoop act in the main hall where the guests were having a massive dinner. The whole space was lit, but when we were starting they turn off all the lights and put spots on us so everyone was really watching and paying attention which was really nice. We were hanging quite high, between 7 and 9 meters, but it felt so gooood! Our show was a huge success and everyone was so happy afterwards! Thank Pzia for this job and thanks girls for the great work!

Colors and gold glitter

How do you like my look for last Saturdays clubnight? It took me a while to get my face and hair to look like this but it was worth it! I took some fake orange hair and braided it into a tight braid. Makeup wise I pretty much always do it like this. Sometimes I switch eyeshadow colors, highlighter and lip colors, but most of the time it’s something gold/brown/neutral toned like this. The super pretty face jewels are from my new fav online glitter shop Get Glitter Baby and the catsuit is by Jaded London 😊

Festival style

Another look at Thalia with Get Glitter Baby! Loved this crazy and colorful look with the braids and orange fake hair. Got such a festival feeling looking like this. I took out the extensions very carefully to maybe use them again at Mysteryland since the pants I’ll be wearing there are army print but with orange and brown… What do you think?

Bella Carnaval with Get Glitter Baby

We celebrated Bella Carnaval yesterday night at Villa Thalia! Got this new costume which was perfect for the occasion. Also our stylist (Pullmannova) brought a bunch of loose glitters and face jewels from Get Glitter Baby. I got these to try and loooove them! You can even re-use the face jewels with the mastix ‘glue’ which you can also get on their website!

30 – 05 – 2008 ⭐️

Today exactly 10 years ago something crazy happened. After a rollercoaster ride I became the WINNER of the first season of HOLLAND’S GOT TALENT! It still feels unreal to be able to say this. I was a 14 year old girl, rhythmic gymnastics Dutch champion, challenging myself to do more with the talent I was given. I didn’t apply for the program to win. I just wanted to show the world what I loved to do. Without my parents I would have never been able to achieve what I have achieved today. Always taking me where ever I needed to go, wether it was training, a show, rehearsals and even a circus summer camp in Montrèal, Canada; at least one of them was always there. A massive thank you for everything! ❤️ Also a big thank you to my sister and brother for their continuing support and letting me claim our parents a lot 🙈 These four people mean the absolute world to me.

I’m beyond grateful that I’m able to say that my passion is still my job. This story is far from over..💖
